Our address is 201 West North Bend Way - North Bend, WA 98045. Our entrance is in the back of the building near the train tracks. There is a big garage door in the back. If the garage door isn't open the regular man door also allows access to our shop. You can park anywhere in the alley but it is open to the public so sometimes parking might be limited. At this time please do not come into the building from the front because we may not know you are up there.
We no longer offer a mobile service unless it is for a monthly maintenance. Any questions below regarding mobile services only pertain to the maintenance vehicles. Please note at this time our maintenance list is full but we do have a waitlist.
Nope! We have water on board and also a generator. Occasionally we might tap into power but we will ask when we arrive. If we need to use an outlet we will provide our own extension cords.
This depends on the type of service. Most mobile jobs for a Level 1 or Interior Only will take 3-5 hours. Also depending on size and condition of vehicle. Our Level 2 & 3 services will take 1-2 full days and will be discussed more when scheduling. Level 2 & 3 are NOT mobile services.
Yes, we have a procedure for this so please let us know if you need to drop a car off before your scheduled service time. If there is room in the shop we will pull your vehicle in for the night. Parking outside is public and not maintained by us. We do have security cameras but cars left over night outside are parked at your own risk.
If it is raining that day we have a canopy we can use. We will also utilize a customers garage for interior cleaning if accessible. If it is windy and rainy we CANNOT use our canopy as it will fly away. If no garage is available we can arrange for a shop drop off or we will need to reschedule.
We accept all major credit cards and checks. If you are unable to be present for your service we can arrange to email you an invoice.
Deposits are fully refundable if given at least 3 days notice of needing to cancel appointment. Deposits can only be applied to service type originally booked. For example: If you placed a deposit on a Level 2 service but then decided you wanted to do a Level 1 service the deposit would not apply since these are very different services that require different lengths of time. If an appointment is rescheduled the deposit will still apply to the new date.
Yes! Most dents that have not broken the paint surface can be removed. Please text photos to 425-736-2888.

We primarily serve East King County. Our normal areas are North Bend, Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Fall City, Carnation, Duvall, Sammamish, & Bellevue. Additional areas may be subject to a service fee and will be discussed when scheduling.
Yes, we can pick up vehicles locally and bring them to the shop upon request.
This will depend on your condition and use of your vehicle. We have some clients who prefer monthly details and others who prefer every 6 months or annually. We can also give you a recommendation after we service your vehicle
We don't use a carpet shampooer because shampooing can leave unwanted soap behind and leave carpets wet. Instead we opt for steam or hot water extraction. Steam is very dry and won't leave your interior wet to the touch. Hot water extraction is used less often than steam and can leave carpets/upholstery damp but will dry before the day is done. These are not used for every vehicle and will be based upon inspection if it is needed.
Yes! However, we request that you receive permission from your building manager especially if we are cleaning the exterior of your vehicle.
Yes! We do need space though. We have full size vans and need them as close to your car as possible. Please try not to have us out on your trash service day as space can be tight for the dump trucks to get around us. Also, if you think we might block any of your neighbors check with them before we arrive if they will need to leave while we are there. Lastly, if we are washing the exterior of your vehicle make sure this is allowed with your building manager.
For interior only or Level 1 services we request at least a 3 day notice so we can fill your spot.
For Level 2 & 3 services we request a 1 week notice. If we are not notified in this time frame you will not receive your deposit back as these spots are harder to fill on short notice.
